We all have dreams. Not those we wake up trying to interpret or wondering from what recess of our brain it was derived. Not unworldly unattainable wishes, not goals or aspirations we set in our personal or professional lives, but simply something that we innately know would come to pass with passion and perseverance.
Beginning with a Piedmontese Italian family heritage, my winemaking journey has been guided by admiration and respect for tradition, science, art, and the enduring connection between earth, vine, and wine.
“In my mind, a bottle of wine has always been purposeful…to be shared. Enjoyed with others to enhance a meal, a moment, and—more succinctly—a memory.”
Years working alongside some of Napa and Sonoma’s most respected and distinguished viticulturists, winemakers, growers, and wineries provided invaluable insight into every aspect of both farming and winemaking. These relationships and experience helped shape my philosophy centered on quality, integrity, and a commitment to producing exceptional wines.
After years of making wine both for and in collaboration with other wineries, I established Seven Dogs Cellars, a limited-production winery in the Sierra Foothills, where each wine reflects both its unique terroir and my deep respect for those that influenced my journey.

And so it begins anew,
The seasonal dance with Mother Nature.
Waltzing together in our awkward embrace
To a unique piece composed of terroir and time.
She, with her often unpredictable steps
Her lead seemingly reckless at times.
Me, yearning to keep her balance and pace.
I follow with a mindful eye and a hopeful heart.
Together keeping our form whilst passing the days.
Through the final steps, twirl and dip,
Aspirations of elegance worthy of your glass,
Pleasing to your palates,
And deserving of your smiles.
